Now that I have my FREE Block of the Month for 2010 in place, I can concentrate on some Show and Tell.
My Bunny Hill, A Tisket, A Tasket, blocks are now put together and are ready to be a quilt! Acutally they look better together than I ever dreamed they would. The only thing they have in common are rick rack handles and the color red!
My grandson, Caden who is 7 has a pillowcase that I made for him when he was much smaller. He loves it and has wagged his pillow all over for oh so long! It is ragged and worn out. He won't use another. I have finally made his one out of the little bit of the same fabric that I had and am hoping that he will be able to make the transfer. My suggestion is that he put it over the old one so that if he gets the feeling that he has to have the old one he can reach underneath and at least feel of it.
A new challenge is underway--a row by row quilt. I will be making the first row to set the pace for the other quilters to follow. Here is a sneak peek of what I have so far. I acutally finished it and then--didn't like some of it, so I am going to do it over. RIP-IT RIP-IT----A wonderful froggy song!! LOL

There is so much to say today...
Love your basket quilt! I saw a finished top at guild meeting this week and it was so lovely.
What a great story of your grandson! Isn't it great when your efforts were loved to shreds?!?
I want to try out your BOM...I linked with no problem to the instructions, so I'll try to get myself organized!
It looks like you have the tree pattern up to full-size now. Thanks! Your basket blocks are wonderful!
It turned out really beautiful your bunny hill bom quilt! Great job, love it.
